We are proud of our athlete tradition here at TCCS.  Our strong tradition would not be possible without the dedication of our parents, fans, coaches and players.

 

In our Middle/High School, the close relationship between academics and athletics is evident as many of our top athletes are also the leaders and top students of their class. Educational athletics allows our student-athletes to develop the whole person; focusing on lessons about teamwork, self-discipline, self-control, character development, faithfulness, perseverance, commitment, public presentation, leadership, sportsmanship, and competition. These lessons cannot be taught in the classroom alone.

 

Traverse City Christian Schools and the athletic department want to thank you for the continued support given our programs by the community. We hope you will join us in promoting good sportsmanship. We feel that just as important as the final score is what everyone takes away from the game. This includes maintaining the highest standards of fairness, integrity, and respect at all of our athletic events.
